An extremely fine vintage heavy 18ct White Gold Large Sapphire & Diamond Ring marked for 18ct gold. This stunning ring is set with a lovely large oval cut royal blue Ceylon sapphire (6.16ct), the sapphire is encased with beautiful sparkly white diamonds, totalling (0.96ct). The ring is marked 0.96 and 6.16 for the diamond and sapphire weight respectively. The face of the ring measures 2.2cm x 2.0cm and weighs 10.1 grams, the ring size is a P 1/2 / USA SIZE 8 and is offered in very good condition.
