Layaway

If you wish to take advantage of our Layaway Scheme please complete the LAYAWAY FORM below.

Layaway is an agreement whereby we reserve an item for you until you have completed all the payments necessary to pay for your item. As in most instalment plans the customer does not receive the item until it is completely paid for.

With our layaway order service, you can conveniently split the cost of an item over three months without incurring any fees, charges, or undergoing credit checks. Enjoy complete flexibility in your payments: as long as you settle the total balance, you're free to make payments at your preferred frequency and choose the amount for each instalment.

• To begin, select the item(s) you wish to place on layaway and jot down the SKU(s).

• Complete the LAYAWAY FORM below.

• ​We will reply to your email and send you a text message with the links to make your payments.

• The first payment (deposit) is non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel the order,  payments made up to the point of cancelling the order will be returned as store credit minus your deposit plus 15% fee (which covers processing fees and the time the item has been unavailable for general purchase).

• ​Your chosen product(s) will then be reserved for you to gradually settle the outstanding balance over the following 3 months using the link provided.

• Once the balance has been settled we will post the item(s) to you.​

• You still have our 14 days policy to return the item to us, should it not be to your liking, however, any returned item will be for store credit only minus the initial 15% deposit .

Example:

• Item cost £500, non-refundable deposit £75.

• We will then divide the remaining balance by 25 to give 17 payments.

• A unique link will be sent with 17 x £25 payments, where you can choose to pay £25, £50, £75 etc

• You can make any payment, at anytime, as long as the final payment is made within the 3 months.

• Once the final payment has been made we will then post the item(s) to you.

For international orders, please note that your exchange rate as determined by your bank can change over the course of the plan, affecting the conversion to your local currency. All prices are quoted in £GBP.

Should your financial situation change we can extend the payment timeframe from 3 months up to 6 months. If you become unemployed, on production of your P45 or DWP verification we will refund any payments in full minus the deposit to your original payment card(s). In the unfortunate event where the person who placed the layaway has since deceased, on production of a death certificate we will refund in full including the deposit via a cheque made payable to the deceased’s benefactor. Please email hello@agaujewellery.com to discuss.

Discount codes or promotions can only be used against Layaway items at the point of layaway and not during repayment period.
