Shipping & Costs

All of our items are packaged discreetly and delivered by Royal Mail Tracked24 / Special Next Day service, this provides us the relevant insurance cover, and does not mean we post your item(s) the next working day. Postage is calculated in the checkout process, all items have the option to be delivered with FREE delivery. We aim to provide you (the customer) tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch. Due to the order being delivered the following working day after dispatch your order may have arrived before the tracking information is sent. We apologise for any inconvenience if this happens.

Items are dispatched within 4-5 working days after your order has been placed unless you have expedited your delivery.

We offer the following shipping methods, prices will be stated within the checkout process;

• FREE Tracked Delivery inc insurance cover, orders are posted 4-5 working days from order being placed

• Express Tracked Delivery inc insurance cover, orders are posted 2-3 working days from order being placed.

• Priority Delivery inc insurance cover, orders are posted 1-2 working days from order being placed.

• Saturday Tracked Delivery inc insurance cover, orders are posted Friday for a Saturday Delivery.

• Next Day Delivery (if ordered before 8am) Tracked Delivery inc insurance cover, orders are posted 1 working day from order being placed.​
