A lovely 9ct Gold Vintage Opal & Garnet Brooch, the brooch is marked for 9ct gold. The brooch is beautiful quality. The brooch is set with a central oval cut opal (2.50ct). The opal is sprinkled with oranges, greens and blues. Each side of the central opal are 2 clusters of 3 garnets (5 points) each, 6 x garnets totalling (0.30ct). The brooch measures 4.2cm long x 1.0cm wide and weighs 2.5 grams. The pin is the original pin also in 9ct gold. The item is presented in excellent condition.
